● For booking of your order, make order group, add both admins in order group and than only put your order in order group than only we can book ur orders.

● Once your order get booked, we will not cancel that order

● Kindly follow 360° courier parcel opening video without any cut / pause and must have to show the issue in that opening video and than only we will accept your complain. Without proper opening video or with already open parcel opening video, we will not entertain your complain at all.

● We will not listening any excuses in case of any issue arise regarding damage / defect / wrong product received by customer like we are new reseller and we don’t know the rules of courier parcel opening video *_OR_* customer not make video but why they lying *_OR_* customer is my family member, neighbour or friend and they are not lying, etc. We will not entertain any complain without 360° courier parcel opening video.

● If you get defect / damage / wrong product and you have nt proper courier parcel opening video than it is our responsibility to solve your issue.

● If we found complain is genuine then we will share you return address and customer / reseller must have to return the parcel within 2 working days and reseller must have to share tracking detail in order group.and one side ship customer pay. If customer / reseller fail to ship return parcel within 2 working days than we will not accept that parcel and we are not responsible for it. In that case we don’t listen any arguments or excuses from reseller / customer.

● If customer get 1 size plus than also it is not comes under return / exchange policy.

● There is no any return / refund / exchange policy for colour difference due to live photography and model photography.

● Minor damages which happen during transit will not be consider them as a damage, like stone – diamond – button falling or change of colour of button or materialistic things, minor sting out due to hand work job or minor very light spots which is not easily visible, minor stitch issue or anything which can easily be fixed with a fevikwik, glue or hand stitch, etc. No Return / No Exchange / No Cancellation / No damage amount will be given in such cases.

● In kutchhi products, (gaji silk saree) patch / yog will come random and minor print also may come change. Due to hand block printing, minor spots also visible on fabric. In that case, no return / exchange will be accepted.

● Inform this to your customers and only after that place your orders accordingly!!
